Why do briquettes have a hole in the center?
The hole in the center of briquettes allows better airflow. This allows it to ignite faster and stay lit for a longer period. Our briquettes give a bright red color on being fully ignited.
Most of the charcoal used releases gases that change the flavor of food. But if you use our companies briquettes there will be no extra flavor added to your food because it releases 80% less ash than others.

Moisture is the enemy of briquettes; hence it is always advisable to store them in a dry and seal the packed container. If your briquettes were left out in the rain, you may find that they crumble when you pick them up. They will become useless and you may have to buy a new packet.
